Had a new door installed in my home. Door is tilted to one side. It's crooked. Called Eagle. Someone was supposed to call me. They didn't. Called and texted including photos to Eagle for 2 more weeks. Finally the guy who installed it called me and told me that it has to be crooked because if he put it in straight it would leek. He said there's nothing he can do. Sounds liks bulls**t to me. I wish his boss would call me I think he might be interested in some of the things his employee said to me. Nobody has come to look at my problem. I do not want the same guys to come back. I want Eagle to send some one else. These guys are incompetant, don't care about much, and have a F-you attitude toward both the customer and their employer.

We contacted *************** immediately about his issue. He was explained the problem and how it could be fixed. He told Eagle that if he wanted any further action regarding the door he would call us. This was yesterday and today he files a complaint. Nothing rude was implied to ***************. He was just informed that his basement wall was crooked and the door had to be installed that way in order to avoid a leak. We can reinstall but Eagle will not be responsible for any leaks and we would have to tear out wood in the block wall. If *************** has no issue with signing a waiver of no responsibility for leaking Eagle will reinstall the door. Eagle did not build the wall or home. Please contact our office.

Date of Transaction: December 2018 Amount Paid: $12,750.00 Work Contracted: Replace Windows throughout entire home. Nature of Dispute: Failure to install window(s) to code resulted in noticeable water intrusion from around one window and subsequent water damage to the interior of home. Response from Company: Company sent employee(s) out on two separate occasions in an attempt to correct this issue. Was told they applied caulk to the affected area and suggested that our siding was to blame for water intrusion. Corrective Action Taken: We hired another local contractor to correct the issue. Contractor found that the window sill was not pitched at the correct angle which allows water to fall inwards towards the home versus shedding away. After removing the siding from around the window, the contractor noted that no tape or sealant was used (per building code) to seal the window(s). Subsequently, two more windows from the same side as the affected window were exposed and found the same issue regarding no sealant or tape (per code).

Was inspected twice and windows were properly installed. Customer was told exactly what problems existed and what needed to be done years ago. This project was out of warranty as contract was signed 1-02-2019 and only carried a one year labor warranty. Issues had nothing to do with installation. No refund will be issued.
