****** to mow my mother's grass twice a week for a price he set, and then tried to tell her his machinery could not handle mowing twice a week. He said it had to be done once a week. She is an elderly woman on a fixed income. He was just trying to milk more money out of her. It took them about 15 to 20 minutes to mow her yard. Then he said he would continue to mow every two weeks when it got hotter and grass did not grow as fast. He never showed up. Very Very unprofessional. Do not use this company. BEWARE!!!

Reporting false information about someone is disrespectful, and very hurtful to a company that went out of their way on this property. First of all the property owner had called the beginning of 2024 in February for a complete cleanup of the property, trimming bushes, cutting huge tree branches, burning a large pile of debris, cleaning up leaves that were left on the property lines for quite some time, rocking and grading a driveway which is approximately 75 feet in length and 2 feet wide, Jim Murphy's Complete Landscaping actually gave the homeowner a $500 off discount for all this work after all this work was completed.Review from Jennifer S

Did a good job but then tried to scam my mother by sending her a bill after she had already paid. When she called they told her she was confused and it was a receipt not a bill. The second bill was a BILL not a receipt. Be careful if you use them.Jim Murphy's Complete Landscaping Response

Thank you for your nice comment on our work performance, we have been in business for 43 years and we pride ourselves on doing top quality work for the public, your complaint has me puzzled as a business owner, your mother's invoice was caught up in the struggling world of our mail delivery service and she had gotten it after she had paid the guys, just a couple days later the actual invoice arrived, I had spoken with your mother and explained to her and she understood and we had gotten it all worked out, your statement on your complaint, "Be careful if you use them." Did a half a** job installing drain pipe around my mothers *****. Laid pipe on ground and covered half of it with gravel.the pipe is approximately two inches above the floor in front of ***** and not doing a thing for water. Put a drain box in front of door the black drain coming out of box is higher than the drain box. Piled dirt up on the wood siding on side of shed. Left five inches of rock piled on on the side door that had to be moved to get mower out. Called owner and sent one of his guys out and said it was fine but he personally would not come look for himself. Would not recommend this company!!!Jim Murphy's Complete Landscaping Response

All work was completed, after going back several times per the actual home owner of property's request, all pipes were under ground when job was completed, and the drain box was lowered to meet the homeowner's approval of the job, leaving this job unfinished is a complete false statement.
