**************** over the phone was very rude and made ****** since I am hard of hearing. I dont appreciate how some people are rude and treating senior citizens and disabled people. Since they are giving me a hard time because I decided to canceled the project which hadnt even started. I would not recommend going with Encore Concrete company.

First, let me say I personally listened to the phone calls involving our staff and feel our team members treated you in a courteous and professional manner. I am happy to provide you with those recordings is you want to review them. Also, as we explained it is stated clearly on the contract which you entered into that the deposit is non-refundable after the legal rescind period. We are happy to complete the project as planned when ever you are ready to move forward. Please feel free to email me direclty if you have any other questions.

This company needed to do some warrantee repair work on two patios that were coated less that a year ago. The problem was blistering of the epoxy and their solution was a power wash followed by a buffing and seal coating. The power wash was finished but the buffing and seal coating has not been done. They have not answered my text messages for scheduling a date to finish the job. When I called them today, they could not find me in their system. They have apparently removed me from their customer base by removing my name, address, and phone numbers. I would not recommend them.

********************** recount of events is incorrect. He as called on July 15th and told his repair needed to be rescheduled due to rain. It was moved tentatively to July 19th and 20th pending weather. It had to be moved again and was told we would contact him as soon as we had a new schedule date. We believe we can schedule the repair for next week pending weather. We have reached out to him regarding this new schedule date. In the meantime, we take very seriously poor reviews which misrepresent the facts and harm our companies reputation. In the spirit of cooperation we are asking the review be removed by the customer or the ********************.

Never showed up for an estimate and no courtesy call saying he would be late. He called 15 after the appointment. Drove back and fourth from work for nothing. No follow up call and never an apology. Absolutely pathetic!!!!Update: Obviously, A recurring issue with the review posted below!!! Use a different company, for your needs. ??????Update 2: ************ has blocked me on all SM outlets. Until I get a call from the ** and a formal apology, I will keep posting all over. BBB, yelp and wherever else, I can. Waiting for your call guys.

Hi ****** - Thank for posing a review with your honest feedback. I checked our records and spoke with both our scheudling team and sale rep and he actually was at your home 15 minutes prior and you were not home. He called/texted several times and waited past the actual schedule time and you never showed up. In recent months we have have seen a few reviews with this same theme. Unfortunately our competitors sometimes will put people up to this to harm our repuation. But, with thousands of 5-star reviews, I think our repuation stands for itself. If this was for a "real" appointment we would be glad to assist, just give let ** know.

They tried to get me to commit on the spot by repeatedly reducing the cost. I told them that I was gathering estimates and would make a choice after reviewing all of them. I didn't like what I perceived as high-pressure sales tactics.

It is our policy not to put pressure on customer but instead to create incentive during the consultation phase. I appolgize it you felt pressure in any way. Our goal it provide the highest level of quality and service to our customers at the lowest price and one way we can insure the lowest price is through on-stie bookings. DO NOT USE Encore Concrete Coating I will explain how we get there, but I receive email below from ********************************"If you choose the route of trying to falsely portray our reputation, I will have our team clearly and politely refute any such claims. We dont believe in working with individuals who purposefully try to distort situations in a way that reflects the company in a simply false, negative, light at the sole goal of attempting to ruin our fantastic reputation. Additionally, because of the threat, we will be declining all future work at your residence from this point on forward and your warranty will be voided."In April 2022 we had the garage floor installed, product is great and look good, but unfortunately with very poor quality of installation. After floor was good for walking, we discover how many missed spots are left not covert with final coating and how ugly has been made the front line, even with coating bumps on the floor. We request repair on the brand-new floor three times. This result of adding to many layers on the front line, in order to make the entrance line straight, it cost us level issue. Currently floor collects water, because the level in front is higher.I did follow the process and file the claim under the warranty and my request was immediately denied. My husband and I try to explain what the real reason of the issue is, but instead of helping us we receive the massage above.

Hi Bistra-Thanks for providing this feedback. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Our number one goal is to do a great job everytime and make our customers happy. We pride oursleves as a company on being professonal and attentive to any project issues after the install and in your case we returned several times to make requested adjustments. We will do anything within reason to make our customers happy, however, there are limitations in your case caused by the floor itself having nothing to do with our decorative caoting. Also, we will not stand for customers using abusive language on-site or over the phone towards our empolyees. I have reviewed the pictures of your install and it looks amazing, I hope you enjoy ************** for year to come.
