Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your concern. Were truly sorry to hear about what happened with your Warmie and understand how upsetting this experience must have been. Your safety and satisfaction are incredibly important to us, and we take such matters very seriously.
To help prevent issues like this, we design our Warmies with strict safety measures in place and conduct rigorous quality checks during production. That being said, we'd like to better understand what may have caused this incident. A few factors can sometimes lead to overheating, such as:
Heating the Warmie for longer than the recommended time.
Using a microwave with a higher wattage than instructed.
A microwave turntable that doesnt rotate properly, which can cause uneven heating.
Foreign particles or residue stuck to the fabric that might ignite when heated. (this most likely the culprit)
We appreciate your patience as we work to make this right. Wed love to send you a replacement Warmies to replace the one youve lost. Could you please provide the following details so we can process this as soon as possible?Your complete shipping address.

2-18-22 I burned my entire front left upper chest after a Warmies exploded on the microwave (I picked it up without knowing it had a hole in it , as I had put it in for less than the recommended time, and when I grabbed it and tried to carry to my daughter, the hot beads poured out of a burned hole. They all pours down my chest, inside my pajama top. Thank God I was next to the sink so I could spray myself with cold water. I now have scarring in the area where I, at age 54, used to have a decent appearance - my neck/upper chest.Business Response

Hi *******, We received your inquiry from the Better Business Bureau. The incident appears to have taken place on February 18th 2022. We searched our files for any record of a report or email and are unable to find any record of this incident. Warmies are filled with flaxseed and dried French lavender. The filling noted from the inquiry from BBB states there were hot beads falling out of the product. There are other heatable plush I the market that use filling like looks like beads. We have been manufacturing and selling heatable plush and wellness products for 30 years. We have an impeccable safety record. All our plush pass strict safety testing and are infant safe. Feb 8, 2025 $70.99 Committed to providing a size 6-10 slipper and boot slipper Nature of dispute is that the product is unusable, at least a mens size 14, not wearable, extremely cheap temu level misrepresentation of product Refusal to provide a full refund upon return of all the items. Stated they would at least keep the tax and shipping cost (tax is not owed to them, its owed to the government when a sale takes place, not when a return is conducted and the shipping cost was free at the time of purchase so it was built into the cost of the product.Business Response

I placed order #******* with Warmies on 12/16/2024 for some slipper boots and a heating pad. On 12/18 I got an email that the order had shipped. The tracking information shows the full order was delivered on 12/23/2024. When I received the package, only the slippers were in the box, and the heating pad was even missing from the packing slip. I tried filling out their contact form 3 times and reaching out to the company through ******** messenger and have gotten no response. At this point I am very frustrated that they took my money and never sent me my product. I would either like the product or a refund for the product. I purchased some slippers from Warmies on 11-30-23. These were for Christmas. The slippers are clearly used. They are dirty on the top toes and also the bottom soles. The inside seeds are falling out and are in the bottom of the packaging. The price of the slippers are $29.99 plus tax. My order number was W#******. *** Tracking Number was 1Z845V4R0398060768. I have contacted the company 4 times, including one that was a response to a email request for feedback on my order. I have not had a response. I purchased two items from Warmies . Order # W#******. The shipment arrived 12/17 however it only had 1 of the items. My card has been charged for two. I have sent multiple emails and forms from their website with no response. I sent pictures of the shipment and invoice. I would either like them to complete my order or refund the item that was not shipped. Their site advertises delivery by Christmas if you order by 12/15 but I ordered 12/10 and the shipping label is sitting at the facility with nothing to ship! I ordered a pair of booties, which did not fit. I returned them through the post office. They were lost in the mail, and the last known tracking was *********, **. The post office refuses to take responsibility, as they state that Warmies had the package picked up by a 3rd party carrier. I have tried multiple times to email and call the business, but they always send back a pre-written answer, as if they are not even reading the email. I am requesting a refund of the purchase price.
