BUYER BEWARE!!! I would not have given one star but I had too.I brought a vehicle from this location less then 60 day's a go worst vehicle ever and they do not care about the customer at all. Please do not go there. ****** did not go over what the car had to offer and when I brought issues to his attention they were just dismissed. After having a vehicle for less then 60 days I should not have to pay more then **** dollars to be able drive this vehicle. This location had the vehicle more then I have had and does not stand by their cars. **** the manager was supposed to call me once he had the car looked over, he told me to make sure I answer my phone on Monday ( which is today). Yes , I had to call him...not once but three times before I got a call back to just be told he will not fix the vehicle if I dont pay. I didn't get the chance to make my first payment before things went wrong with the car.Please beware and purchase your vehicles elsewhere.Review from Ronald M

No respect for the customer. Only out for them self. After purchasing a vehicle from this location had the vehicle less then 60 days recall and then broke down now more than **** thousand they have had my vehicle more than I have would love 2 safe someone from making the same mistake I did do not purchasing anything from them ****** the sale rep. Does not let you know anything please purchasing you vehicle somewhere they will treat you as you should be I have bought vehicle at other locations where they treat you as you should be.Review from Benjamin K

***********************, the *** is a POS. My friend ordered a bronco with a deposit over a year and a half ago and when the vehicle came in he sold it to someone else for more profit and then refunded the deposit. Scumbag sales and business tactics. If this is who they have running the place, you can only imagine the c*** that trickles down. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.Review from Casey R

We cannot recommend Dundee Ford for the following reasons:We purchased a vehicle from Dundee Ford ******************************************************* registration. We have contacted *************************** and the *** ***************************, numerous times with very little success. They do not answer their phones nor return calls. It took them over 90 days to admit they made a mistake on their end of the paperwork which was causing the hold up. My husband finally spoke to ********************* on July 8th and requested the title and refund so we could do the registration transfer ourselves and he verbally promised they would send our title and a refund check for our taxes and registration on Wednesday, July 13th. That day came and went with no title, no refund check and ZERO contact We have tried to call repeatedly since then and NO ONE will return phone calls. I've called yet again today and was just put into voice mail again. This has been the worst customer service experience we have ever had with any business hands down. In our opinion, *************************** has been unprofessional and has proven time and time again that he does not keep his word.Review from Tim M

I would never recommend anyone to this stealership. First they tell me $150 for a diagnostic then it went to $300 its all BS. They ripped out my wires harness from my radio so now I dont have a working radio. I paid $350 9 years ago to get my stereo professionally installed and never had any issues with it until I took it this dump. They left screws missing for my dash, wires hanging, and left my radio not working. They told me to take my stereo somewhere else to get it hooked up because theyre incapable of doing it. We stopped in to purchase a car listed as $16,990 on the website and on the hang tag in the car. We were told with taxes and fees the car would be $26,***. We asked why $9000 for taxes and fees. We were told there was a $5000 paint and SWAT package that they were giving us for $4000. We said we didn't want that. If we subtracted that, it would have been $22,000, which was still higher than the car plus tax and license, title, and registration. I pulled out my phone and did the math on my calculator. The finance guy then had us sign something saying we would pay the $16,990 and pay tonight (last night). We signed. Then the other guy came over and said the paint protection was already applied and we'd HAVE to pay $2000 for that on top of the selling price. Umm, what? You can't charge more than the price listed. If it was really already applied to the car, then change the list price to reflect that. They would not honor the paper we signed saying we'd pay the full asking price of $16,990. They are just trying to add on extras and hoping you don't notice. Very disappointed.Review from Joseph W

After purchasing a used vehicle, it took 2 months to send me the documents to license and register the car. I had to call multiple times just to have the proper documentation sent. On top of that, they incorrectly charged me for sales tax and then were unresponsive, rude, and utterly unpleasant when it came to issuing a refund. Most shocking was their finance manager ********************* up on me when I called and refused to answer any of my emails (no I was not unpleasant to him in any way).Finally, they charged me $450 for license and registration, which I had to do myself and pay those fees again out of pocket. Buyer beware. Their customer service is shocking and they most certainly are purposely ripping people off with the extras they charge when they think you aren't paying attention.Review from Ju B

Took my car into service to see if a/c in my car can get fixed. They said it would cost me $2700!!! Then said to them my door handle also needs to be fixed since the cold weather made it break off. They said it would cost ******* since they had to remove door. Thats bs.I had another dealership fix it for less than 100. Dundee Ford ************ Rips you off because there not selling cars they need to get their money somehow. Worst experience will never go back
