  Pay for amount miscalculated on the bill and refund for work that was not completed

  Upon our receipt of the customer's written response to our final statement claiming our charging for work not done, two representatives from ServiceMaster of Central IL completed an in person review of the property on 9/9/22 and we went through our scope line item by item with the customer. Along with our firsthand observations, we re-confirmed each of our line items with our employees and managers and revised our scope, then sent out the revised scope, check for refund amount, and letter explaining final settlement (attached). This statement has all been confirmed and reconfirmed and is our final statement of work done. All reimbursement due from the initial draw payment has been issued back to the customer and the checks have been cashed by the customer representing final settlement. ServiceMaster of Central IL has been in business for over 50 years and we pride ourselves in our integrity. Our final statement of charges reflects only confirmed work done which is all we expect to be and have been paid for.

   I am rejecting this response because:
  
  Although Servicemaster refunded money for many line items of work that had not been completed, they did not refund money for failing to spray a sealant on Levels one and two and the basement.  They sprayed it only on the third level, which is not in dispute.

  ServiceMaster of Central IL maintains our position that clear sealant was, indeed, sprayed on all levels as charged in our final scope. We have again confirmed this with the technicians on site and have previously confirmed it multiple times. We have only charged for work that was done and all other items have been refunded and settlement made.

   I am rejecting this response because:
  
  ***** ******* was here when the work was being done and the sealant was not sprayed anywhere except for the 3rd level because their sprayer stopped working and the worker acknowledged that it did not work.  It was not done.
