      Absolutely criminal repair charges !! We had a CV joint/axle replaced. They charged $435 for the part and $325 for labor. They said we have a one year warranty. After some research we discovered, and I can prove it, the job can be done for $300 or so and comes with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. We go to a dealer because we feel we can trust them. We have been a customer there for 5 yrs. YOU CAN’T TRUST THEM !! Again I say criminal, what ,they can charge anything they want? Submitted by father of customer

      8/1/23 I brought in my 05 Ford Focus to Uftring Ford to have the AC fixed. I was called later and told the HVAC housing needed to be replaced because it was too brittle and broken. At this point my dashboard had been taken apart so they kept it while I looked for the housing. Multiple calls and voicemails were not returned, and I had to physically appear for updates. The housing parts were not able to be located so they could not repair the AC. On 8/15/23 we agreed to put my dashboard back together and return my car to me. 8/20/23, I returned to Uftring to take my car home only to find out that the battery was dead (just bought 11/22 from them) and the dashboard was still undone. 8/28/23 I was able to reach someone by phone and was told the shop is busy and they weren’t going to be able to start working on it until 8/31/23 fixed by 9/1/23. On 9/2/23 I returned to Uftring. I was told that my car was taken over by the asst. mngr and he was not there to provide updates. 9/7/23 I received an email that the services on my car were completed and it was ready for pick up. When leaving I was told that I owed $525 and that they did me a favor and cut the fees in 1/2. I asked what the fees were for since nothing was fixed and asked to speak with the Mngr. He explained that he paid a service tech over $30/hr to take apart and put back together my dashboard and we needed to pay him for 7 hrs of work. We asked why we would pay for services that were not rendered. The mngr was not able to explain but did try to compare having our furnace fixed but not paying for repair. I stated that our furnace would have been fixed unlike my car so again what am I paying for, and can I charge you for keeping my car for 5.5 wks? The mngr was upset and said to sever the relationship and get rid of the bill. It’s disappointing to have gone through this experience as we've bought multiple cars from them and they've completed our car maintenance and repair needs for 18 yrs.

      Was undervalued on my trade by $5500 for using a Ford family discount. Ford's website and two others valued my trade $5500 more and you are selling it for that much more. I spent $30,000 and you still ripped me off of $5500 what a sham.

      I am truly upset with your company. You sent the paperwork wrong on Monday and told me 2 business days I call back Wednesday and your finance guy gets snarky with me that I told you 2 days and this was 5 pm Wednesday I gave you 2 full business days. I have been on the phone with you and bank and found out you sent the paperwork wrong initially. Then you finally resend paperwork and you only fixed half of it. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the guy in charge of this process at your location. My bank has called atleast 6 times and I have also tried. I know $14,000 is probably nothing to you guys but honestly this has been one of the most difficult buying process ever.
