Contracted Doerr and Siding to replace front house door and interior door. Have contacted the business at least 6 times since August 2023 to repair damaged product. There were 5 issues that needed repair currently there is 1 open issue and I cannot get information from Doerr. We are now 5 months and not resolved. We have paid in full for product and service.Business response

Our Foreman **** has been in communication with the Mr. ****** about the issues at hand with the entry door in question. Our supplier has made 3 ordering errors on parts needed for Mr. ******** door, which is out of our control. **** has stayed on top of the issue letting Mr. ****** know the parts are on order and was in contact with Mr. ****** on November 20th via text message. We Spoke to Mr. ****** Tuesday November 21st to inform him again the parts are on order, and we want this resolved just as much as the homeowner. If the correct parts arrive when our manufacture says they will arrive which is after the thanksgiving holiday, we will be taking care of this issue within a weeks' time.

I am rejecting this response because:
The response I received is similar to those in past experience. The real conclusion to this complaint will be the correction of faulty parts on front door. Received text message from Service Supervisor at Doerr and was told that correct replace t has been received and will be installed on Thursday November 30, 2023. Am looking forward to timely and professional installation of parts per original contract with Doerr Siding.Customer response

As was previously mentioned, I would not have a statement until the service work on my front door was completed. The Service Supervisor arrived on Thursday November 30th, 2023 as agreed to previously. He completed the remaining planned service work within an hour or so. It was completed to our satisfaction.
