My name is ******* *****. I'm writing to you today because I paid a company named social media management to manage my Facebook account while I am incarcerated. First I sent a money order to them for two months in the amount of $49.90 on the 2nd of September 2021. This was for the “gold subscription.” I did not hear back from them until the 15th of November 2021. This is the only time I've heard from them. I got one of the “personal monthly magazines.” I'm supposed to get 4 month. I have sent them two envelopes of pictures to post on my Facebook and numerous posts along with concerns on why I have not got what I paid for. Recently my family has tried to get on my Facebook but it will not let them sign on. I do not know if they change my password but I did not authorize them to do that. I am asking if you could please help me out in any way possible. I've included a copy of the money order I sent on 09/02 / 2021 for the amount of $49.90. Also the letter I received on 11 / 15 / 21 that has my account number and services for the “gold subscription.” On the back is a copy of the envelope they did 15 Nov 2021. I appreciate all the help you can give me.
