I paid Robert to fix my furnace in November 2022. Robert came to my house and took a part off my central until and stated that he needed to order the part. The next day he came back to get the money in the amount of $400.00 to get the part and also to cover the cost of his services. He also took the thermostat off and cross wired. He left my house and never returned to my house. My electric bill has been running $480.00. The furnace continuously runs and you have to manually cut it on and off from the furnace. He has crossed the wires. I have called Robert and he will not return my phone calls. He has not provided any receipts for what the money was used for that he was provided. I would like my money, my part to the central unit and I would like the furnace fixed.
