We purchased doors and windows from Alexander ********************** at their ****** location back in September of 2021. We were told an estimated ship date of Dec and Jan for the items. We contacted our sales guy at the beginning of November and were told that the doors were going to be pushed back until Feb 2022 and then received a phone call, later that same day, stating that the doors would be in Dec 2021 because the part had been received. I called on 12-13-2021 to confirm our Dec delivery date was stil good and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I called back I was directed to a voicemail. I finally talked to somebody on 12-14-2021 and was told that ********* ********************** was bought out by R.P. ********************** and they were not sure about our order. I have been trying to get in touch with somebody from R.P. ********************** about getting our money back or getting our product shipped and nobody will call me back or e-mail me back. Nobody informed us the ****** location was closing and that Alexander ********************** was being sold to R.P. **********************, despite the fact we were in contact several times in November 2021. We can not afford to purchase new doors and windows for our house until we get this resolved. In the mean time, we can not move into our house. Please help.
