I called Trusty Chords asking if they had albums I was looking for, his response was "can't you drive over here like a normal person and look yourself". I live 40+ miles away and he told me he was gonna charge me for him looking. When he said they had some ******************* albums, I asked if he had the 2 particular titles I had asked for and what the prices were on those. He then proceeded to insult me by saying "omg, r u breaking open your lil piggy bank to be able to afford these"! -no Im not poor dude but I wanted to make sure on prices before I drove almost 2 hours round-trip when I could order these online, but sorry I was trying to support local shop.So I drive over to the store and as I walk in and pick up the albums he says "oh you must of been the guy who called earlier.Wow you actually spent the money and made the journey over here".I go to checkout, he rings me out and my 2 albums were $21 and $32...but somehow my total is $61.65, I ask what the tax is since my total sounds high. He says "I can charge you whatever I want"-finishes charging my card even tho I said wait, then says "I can charge fees if you use a credit card, it's posted, maybe you should learn how to read dumbass". I ask if hes the ********** said "yep, got a problem with me, you can talk to me". I asked him for his name and he grabbed a business car and threw it on the floor and said if I wanted it I could pick it up.As I grab my albums and walked towards the door and looked back and just said "dude...u don't gotta be such a jerk, no Im not robbing my piggy bank as u accused me of on the phone, I live almost an hour away and gas prices are high...maybe you should be a lil nicer to people who are supporting your store". That's when Mr ***** guy decided to threaten me and said "oh you wanna get confrontational as youre walking out the door you lil f**ckin b**ch...step back in here and handle it as a man. Wanna go bro".The owner, ***** is berating, rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
