We took our 12 yr. Old cat there for check up. My wife signed the paper to give the ok for Dr. to examine him. No one gave us a ballpark estimate in which the Manager ***** said at some point is usually done. Depending on which form was used ? They actually have 3 different forms they use ? No one mentioned anything about price except how much it would cost to keep him overnight. I have the bill which is paid. My wife was so shocked she just paid it, it bothered her terribly. She said if she would have known that it was going to be that much, she would not have had all the work and meds administered. Dr. ******* **** told ***** that she had discussed the price with my Wife ? Dr C.W. either just straight out lied or just actually remembered discussing the overnight stay and assumed she mentioned the whole price, but actually only discussed the overnight stay price with her. I ask ***** for her to check with the three owners about the situation and she said that after talking to all 3 that they basically are standing behind Dr. C. On that note I ask for a phone # to talk to each of the owners, but she couldn't give that out. So I ask her to give each of them my phone #, and I would like that to be done today if possible, I think she said she would try. My wife called ***** when she got home, after I had explained to her what I had talked to ***** about. She told ***** that she was not told the estimated amount, she was only told about the overnight price. She told ***** that If Dr.C would have mentioned any amount close to that she wasn't that stupid enough to spend that much on a 12 yr. Old cat that had lost half its body weight. She ask ***** if she told the 3 owners that Dr.C. had lied to ***** and she said no. And we are not going to do anything about it. My wife told ***** but she lied. ***** said what do you want me to do I've done all I can do. It's done. My wife said she would never give their business a good recommendation. ***** said that she didnt care. She handed me the phone and I started talking and ***** hung up. 12-13-2023.
