      Their advertised online "E-price" price doesn't seem to be the actual price. I had been watching a couple vehicles online that were competitively priced in the $13,000 range. One of them was dropped to $11,999, so I figured the time was right to go and try and make a deal. I made an appointment for the morning of 11/18/23 and went in with my teenage daughter. The first thing the salesperson asked was, "Will you be financing?" I replied, "No, I'll be buying outright." I thought that was no big deal, the usual car dealership stuff. Anyhow, we looked at the car, and drove the car. It was what we were looking for. So, the first set of numbers that came across the table was an "out the door" price of over $18,000 with in-house financing. I was a perplexed to say the least. After the salesperson explained about the windshield protection, service plan, processing, etc... that was the price. I still wasn't satisfied and told them that I wasn't looking for all that. They went to the manager, came back with a $16,000 offer and in-house financing. I stated that I didn't want in-house financing, once again and that I wanted to negotiate on the actual price that was listed. So, a trip to the manager and an offer came back that was $15,000 and change and once again the in-house financing. I was ready to leave at this point. The next trip the sales person made to the manager, they actually came back with a sales manager. After some back and forth, they made a flat $15,000 offer. The numbers still weren't making sense to me. I've bought many cars in my life. On a car that was listed for $11,999, there shouldn't be an extra $3000 in processing, tax, title, etc... So, in conclusion, BUYER BEWARE, their E-PRICE is NOT the actual price. They have some sort sales and marketing scheme that is simply to get you in the door and hopefully fall for some sort of nonsense.

      THIS DEALERSHIP ADDS ON SO MANY ADDITIONAL FEES TO THE PRICE IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I EMAILED THE GM WITH MY CONCERNS AND HE DID NOT REPLY. IN ADDITION TO LICENSE, DOC AND FEES AND TAX WHICH I WAS PREPARED TO PAY, MIND YOU THERE IS A CAP ON DOC FEES IN ILLINOIS, THEY ALSO HAD LISTED ON THEIR PAPERWORK DIAMOND FUSION WINDSHIELD PROTECTION $499, DEALER PREP $499, UCI/SFETY $899 AND PROCESSING $1069. THEY ONLY DISCLOSED THIS AFTER!!! THEY RAN MY CREDIT! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH SINCE I BELIEVE THIS IS AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE.

      Car came dirty ac dont work and they said it was detailed plus i made before 3 day return and they still didn't swipe car out for different ine and no title and it been over 37 days and now no responses all because I'm black I feel like

      Honestly, I am not even sure where to start. We test drove two vehicles and took one home. We decided it wasn't for us and exchanged it the next day. We drove the 2nd one and were told that everything worked as it should, it had a working DVD player, the air worked, etc. We told them repeatedly that we only wanted GAP insurance but they pushed it and even when we told them no. So we finally gave in and got the $4,500 insurance. We get the paperwork home and they changed the price of the car up $2000. On top of that, a week later we find that the DVD player AND the entire air unit doesn't work. Zero air conditioning. We call and were told we had to bring it in to look at then we would have to bring it back to have any parts fixed on it. Mind you we live an hour away. We had an ASE certified mechanic look at it and he said that our dealership warranty won't allow him to work on it but he could tell us that the door needs realigned and the DVD player needs a new screen, and someone had cut and capped the tubes going to the blowing motor for the air unit so they knew it was not working when they sold it to us because it would not have passed their 172 point inspection they advertise so much. So, we tell them all this and they tell us they have to call the extended warranty place but they shut them down and told them it was still under dealer warranty. Parents took it to get fixed for us due to us working and when it got home it was still not fixed so we had to take it back a second time to get fixed because they had said that they didn't hook up a few wires. They did pay for the air to get fixed, they did not adjust the door but put a new seal on which did not make a difference it still leaks water into the inside of the door and Rick told us well Chevys do that that's why they have holes in the door. Also, they would not cover the DVD player because it is not included in the bumper to bumper. So in total we spent $300 driving back and forth for their mistakes. Horrible

      You did, in fact, contract on the first unit. When you reached out to us after you changed your mind and wanted to switch to the other Tahoe, we did use our exchange policy to get you into the other unit. Yes, anytime we sell a 7 year old unit with over 106,000 miles in this case or any unit out of warranty for that matter, we do HIGHLY recommend a service contract to make sure our clients have coverage in case of mechanical failure. As you finance the 7 year old Tahoe for an additional 6 years, we did recommend getting coverage. You were also aware of the $2000.00 as it was on the paperwork on the first Tahoe you contracted on and when we spoke of doing the exchange, you asked if it would be there as well and we said yes. Our service contracts ONLY allow ASE certified mechanics to work on our covered cars. When you told us the AC was out a week later, I reached out to you from my house as I was off that day, and made sure it was handled for you. The reason it took a couple of phone calls is that I was out of the office and I had to reach out to service and parts to make sure everyone was on the same page for you. I am sorry that you are still not satisfied after we switched cars for you and fixed your A/C. Please let me know if I may be of assistance to you in the future.
