People I would think twice about living at Fox River crossing I lived there for a little over 2 years it's a terrible place! The office doesn't care about us seniors they call us babies. I always had problems with my air conditioning in the summer. The only want the money They don't care about anything else. They're trying to find their third for the office and they're having trouble because they don't pay them very well. And they're on their second maintenance man for the same reason. The place has become very dirty and the people that live there are something else. That's why they don't return your calls cuz nobody's ever in the office. People run amok there. The only good reviews are from the ****** management company and they're told to do it cuz they're not getting any good reviews from anybody else. And they don't tell you about all the traffic it's a six Lane highway noisy all the time sirens and trains and in the summer there's motorcycles revving it up while they're waiting for their light to change. The green bins down in the garage don't get taken out all the time lately, the health department has come there before because of that. The carpet is filthy the the elevators are filthy. Some people in 3 years never had their air filter changed when I would ask for one they treat it like it's gold. They don't want to give you one. It's not even safe somebody tried to break in the first year. In the winter the garage door gets Frozen and stays up anybody could come in and there's a homeless camp not far from there. And they just lie all the time and always excuses about this or that why it's not fixed they don't want to fix nothing. Read your reviews before you go to apartment that belongs to ****** company in ****** they own a lot of them and they're slumlords. And now a lot of people are leaving cuz, its been 3 years and they've up the rent $200. What's going to happen in three more years it's not worth it people it's NOT a nice place!!!!!!
