  On march 22,2022,i went to little panda restaurant to order food to go as i have done several times in the past. I ordered orange chicken which i have also gotten from there before. This time in particular and getting home and starting to eat i immediately started to get sick and vomit. The next day i went to little panda and explained to the woman there the situation of what had happened and she seemed to completely ignore what i was saying and did not also want to make the situation right by refunding me my money or remaking the orange chicken. I would hate to thing that they had purposely spiked the food to get someone sick but i could also not believe she would not make the situation right. Perhaps there was cross contamination of food in the kitchen or the food was just spoiled. Due to myself getting sick,i have been to the emergency room hospital 7 times in the last 6 months due to people purposely getting people sick this this is going on widespread out here in **** county,********. This is the worst thing i think anyone can do is to tamper with someones food.Between little panda and ************* in elgin i have been gotten sick because of food tampering. This needs to be made public and stop from happening to any one else.

  We have received your letter about the customer complaint, We want to explain ,  
  6:38 3/23/2022 evening have a guest come in order, he said the point with the same meal yesterday, but we should free meals for him, because he said yesterday he in our store's food has a problem, so today we are going in to give him a free food, I ask him, yesterday when the orders, you from my computer check above, He said he was at 18:30 to order, but we the time shown on the computer is being in the evening, we asked him, yesterday's food have what problem, he says is the food there is a problem, don't tell us specific what's the problem, and then I asked him, which when you feel there is something wrong with the food yesterday, why didn't you call the restaurant reaction He said because he started eating at 10 p.m., the store was closed at 10 p.m., so I told him, "Your 5:36 p.m. meal didn't start until 10 p.m., and of course I can't guarantee that the food will be hot for four hours." That's why I think he just wants free food. When I didn't give him free food, he said he would go to the Better Business Bureau to complain. There were many customers in the restaurant at that time, and they all heard him say so. This receipt was the meal he ordered on March 22/2022.

  **** Mahoney                    There are several comments that were said by little panda that are not true. First i stated to them about how often i have eaten there and no how this particular dish which was orange chicken should taste. I knew right away something did not taste right with this dish the second i started eating it. I then proceeded to vomit over the course of a couple hours. It was only at 10 pm did i feel better enough to try and attempt to call them and they were closed at this time. So the next day i went there in person to explain the situation. I would think they would want to know if there was a problem with there food ever to also prevent this from happening to anyone else but that was not the case. She acted like this could never happen plus did not seem the least bit apologetic about the situation. Let me also make my self clear and let you know that in the last six months i have been to the emergency room 7 times because of people on purpose getting me sick. I have all the paperwork to prove that. This is the worst scenario ever to have people purposely infect your food they should serve jailtime for doing this. This woman was also off work the day that this happened but acted like she was there to know exactly what took place. I gave her an oppurtunity to make this situation right she refused and again was not at all remorseful. I felt i was more understanding about the situation than she was as i am told daily that it is not a perfect world but apparently she thinks it is and something like this could never take place.
