Direct fence estimator Coco came to my house and i explained it great detail what i needed him to do to replace wood fence the crew came out 3 times without enough wood to do the job they came on a monday and i got home at 7 at night i called Coco the estimator to no avail called office emailed office since they WONT return calls they email me after i sent pictures to Coco, and they asked what was wrong, the gate is 3 inch off level the gap on one side of gate is big enough to put your hand through the height of the fence is off by over4,5 inchs in the middle i asked to have the cement for the posts raised out of the dirt so the post wont rot away Coco said that thats would make the post push out of ground in frost i have 4 other post done that way for years so Coco made inverted cones out of the cement so THEY WILL FAIL . coco called my girlfriend and told her they will come and take the fence i called back their office and told them go ahead and make my dayBusiness response

I pulled up this costumers files and this issued was resolved on 08/13/2021 and homeowner was completely satisfied with the outcome.

I am rejecting this response because: it a lie nothing nothing was settled ***************** lied about pre existing condition then called me and i asked why HE lied and then he changed his ststement to remove PRE one lie after another your company is resonable for thousands of dollars in damage to my beautiful home and now you boldly just LIE KARMA IS A BITCH *********************

Here are some of the most important documents that i have in regards to this matter, I also have emails that show our communication with him as well as a few text messages from his wife please let me know if you need that as well and if you do how is it it that i can get it to you they are quite a few emails, Attached is also a police report that was made in regards to this situation. When the job was all done and taken care of there was an officer on site as well from the ******************** with ** (direct fence) and homeowner jhon hikey as well as four other of our employees. Homowner was satisfied with the job issue that we had fixed that he had us complete more work that was not done by us for extra charge that was paid on site to ****** owner of the company.
