They had me sign an agreement back in July that if the insurance company agreed to replace our roof and cut us the check then we had to go with them and if we go with anyone else then they could *** us. Well, this has been pending since July and we haven't heard from ******* or ***** for a few months and the inspector has not heard from them either. So it's just not able to go anywhere. We need a new roof and can't wait any longer. This has been a huge waste of time and now it's winter and we still need a new roof. This has not been a good experience with this company at all.Business response

Firstly, when he initially contacted us about replacing your roof, we promptly reached out to his insurance company to assess the situation.While we were waiting for the insurance company's response, we decided to do a few patches on his roof free of charge as a temporary solution to prevent any further damage. We did this with the intention of assisting him until the insurance claim was approved or not.Unfortunately, the received response from the insurance company stated that they would not cover the cost of replacing the roof. We understand that this was not the outcome he was hoping for, and we empathize with his frustration.It is important to clarify that we were aware from the beginning that the insurance company might not cover the roof replacement. We wanted to help him during this process by providing temporary repairs at no cost to him, in order to alleviate any immediate concerns about further damage to his property.Regarding the issue of payments, I want to make it clear that no financial transactions were ever discussed or exchanged between us. Furthermore, I want to assure you that at no point did we threaten or imply any legal action against him.Our main objective has always been to work together to find the best solution for everyones roofing needs. We understand that the denial of the insurance claim has created a challenging situation, and we were open to discuss alternative options to assist him.
