              This business was assigned by a home warranty company. It was very hard to get a hold of them. They came over to diagnose the problem and the estimate was approved. We scheduled an appointment for repairs, then it was cancelled twice and had to be rescheduled. We rescheduled it for two weeks later just for them to not show up without a call or any sort of notification. Voice messages were left multiple times and still to this day have not heard back from the company.We then had to find an external contractor to finish the job and now the repairs are not being covered by the warranty. We have to pay $340 to cover the repairs because we did not hear back from this company. The repairs would have been covered.

              4 days ago they came to fix my heater, they said it was fixed and left, but it wasn't fixed at all. Since then I'm calling them to return to fix the problem; they offered to come back, even gave me the time, but never showed up.Terrible experience.
