I live in apartment complex and this horrible company cuts the lawn there. Not only do I see the employees **** next to the trucks and in the trailers when there are plenty of kids living in these apartment complexes, they shattered my window with a huge rock while weed whacking. A employee was weed whacking and had the weed whacker on a angle in a pile of rocks facing the main road. A rock flew up and shattered my window. It went through the window in the read driver side. Luckily it didnt go through the driver window otherwise Im not sure what could have happened. As I pulled by the employee and ask why he was weed whacking in rock he started swearing at me and told me to f*** off and he didnt shatter my window. I then called the cops to file a report for the damages to my truck. The employee then admitted me and the officer that it was probably from him weed whacking. I then call the company and at first I was like okay I can move on from this since the company said the will take care of any damages and to send pictures over. I then sent pictures over and I was told to get 3 quotes from 3 different body shops since the rocks dented my door and broke my window. As the window broke a huge piece of glass fell and scratched my door passed the clear coat. The company had my window fixed at the office of the landscaping company. They had the truck for a full 24 hours. Looked at the damage and still said go get 3 quotes. Not once was I told anything. I then got 3 quotes and they ranged from $300? $800 and $1000. Plus I have lettering on my truck for my business so I had to account for that which was $250. Once the owner realized how much it was going to cost he then started to back pedal and all of a sudden he is a body shop expert and states everyone who saw your truck at my shop says the dents or scratches werent front his employee flinging big rocks...? Says a lot about the company and owner ship. They are fake. Once I realized the owner was trying to get out of paying I even offered to settle on the cheapest body shop just to get it fixed since it is a company vehicle. He refused and starting to become a true piece of work. Based off of all of the reviews here it makes sense. They clearly have no morals or concern for anyone around them or the damages they make. I work in construction and this is not a company I would ever use in the fox valley area. If anyone has had any of these issues I would write to the BBB as I will be. There are plenty of damages to my vehicle and this will not be the end of the road for me. There employees have been documented taking a **** in public in apartment complexes with kids home.
