      As of March 4, 2024. I have not received my wages from Gold Coast Carriers dab DMG CONSULTING DEVELOPMENT **************** Gold Coast Carriers sent me a paystub which is attached to this email, of negative check stating that I owe them $1,907.28 for a flat tire. I had already given them their truck and trailer back in the same condition I received it. I have pictures to prove it. Not to mention I watched as another driver take the same trailer I dropped off at their headquarters and deliver the load. Why am I the driver who has to pay for a company equipment? When I asked for the invoice of repairs they tried to say the repair cost was for the braking system on the trailer, not the tire. Again, as I stated to them Im not the last employee to have the trailer in my possession. This isnt the first time this company has tired to take money from me. During the Christmas holidays they tired charging me $1400 for truck rental for not working when their employee told me nobody was working on the holidays. When I tried explaining what was said and had screen shots my dispatcher at the time ***** reprimanded me because he made a mistake. At the end of the day this company has shown to be a shady company. If Im responsible for that tire or braking system where did I sign saying just that. Last if Im responsible for the work that needs to be done I at least need all the documents for my filing for taxes and other tax credits. At the end of the day I just want my money from my last check, this upcoming check, and my escrow since they have had their equipment over 2 weeks and havent reported to me with any issues to it.

      The company is not responding to me when I ask for the occupational information. I got hurt in the job and I want to be able to access the occupational insurance information that I paid for every pay period. They also owe me ***** escrow plus interest in funds to be returned within 45 days of last day. Theyre going against the ***** law. They supposed to return Escrow within the last day of work. Not the last settlement date. At this point I just want the occupational insurance information ASAP so I can file with the proper agency.

      On 11/10/2023 Gold Coast Logistics Group Brokered a Deal on there behalf to my **************** ************** Logistics LLC.After Delivery was done and Proof of delivery was sent to Gold Coast. Replied that I will have to wait 45 days for payment. It has now been over 5 months and Gold Coast is avoiding to pay me the money they contracting signed for my company services. They have sent emails saying it is still processing but there is no date on when it will fully process. I am starting to worry that they will never pay as there reviews now says that's this is a common problem with them.

      After working for the company as a company driver I have ran into several incidents that they are withholding pay. As of 12/28/2022 I was sent a negative check. I was told that a trip packet that the company tells us to use to deliver *** paperwork was never received. I have spoke with multiple people in regards to the issue and sent all the proof that shows I delivered the load I just forgot to upload the *** but it was sent out in a trip packet now they are saying they didnt receive it. The company ask us to use that delivery service but now they wont pay me because the packet never showed up. The company withholding money and having me pay for their delivery issues with the service we are told to use has cost me lost of revenue. I have all the proof that the load was delivered. They will not pay me because their delivery service that they want us to use didnt deliver the ***. I have check in and out times, ***** traveled, location updates, and they still will not pay me.

      Above complaint looks like a bad intended act, far from reality or industry understandings;

      First part of the complaint: Actually our company does business with Independent Contractors - working WITH not FOR this company. The proof attached by complaining party indicates clearly the mistake, admitted as we all know the industry standard: Everyone in this industry get's paid on the ***** OF DELIVERY aka POD in the industry and that is a BOL signed by the receiver, without that document - no parties will receive payment in the supply chain;

      "Payment will be issued once Proof of delivery will be provided - Industry standard"

      If this document was misplaced or lost they can go back to the facility and try to obtain a copy if there was one or another proof.

      Our organization does business accordingly and by all agreements done by all parties! We recommend the complaint party to reach out to us for a solution and also our equipment to be returned to the terminal as initially agreed, or we will have to file a complaint and a police report for stolen equipment.

      Thank you much BBB team and please accept my apologies if this will be considered a waste of time; For any clarifications or additional information - please email: *********************************************************** or Cell# ************
