The movers lost and/or damaged a lot of our belongings. The business has reimbursed us for a few of the items but not all. They have stopped responding to my emails. I have sent copies of receipts for items we had to purchase when we had to make the repairs ourselves, as well as information to replace lost and/or damaged items.Business response

I am aware about the issue with *************************** and am going to reach out to her again. Last i spoke to her was a couple of months ago and she was going to look for her missing picture and get back to me and see if it was somewhere else.
I do apologize it has taken this much work to do and will reach out to her via phone call and try to settle this issue out as amical as possible.

I am rejecting this response because: the mover has made no attempt to contact me since 11/11/22, when he said he would send a check but never did. I have attached screenshots of our email conversation, including 2 emails I sent after 11/11/22 that he did not respond to. I informed ****** on 9/28/22 that the picture was not anywhere in the house; he did not reply to that email either. The email on 11/11 was the only message received after 9/28.
