Hello, I took my mother out on Mothers Day to get a pedicure at this establishment. My mom and my now 9 year old sister went with me May 8th and she also got a pedicure. All of us did. They did a terrible job with my mom. They peeled and filed her foot and toes. She couldnt wear work shoes for 2 weeks. My little sister if the issue and the main reason why I am so bothered with the establishment and the people running it. She got a serious toe infection from the pedicure. That was her first pedicure ever and had NO problem with her big toe prior to the pedicure. A couple days after she started saying that her toe was hurting and when my mom expected it there was white puss coming out and it was red and swollen. My mom took her to the doctors to get antibiotics or something to help with the toe infection. I immediately contacted the employees and they told me to send a picture for evidence. After I sent the pictures they proceeded to ask me to go in to the building and when I did they inspected my sisters toe , ASKED for the doctors note / medicine prescription and further inspected her toe within 3 employees. They asked me what do you want us to do? ALL I asked for them was to give me my refund of $130 I had spent on Mothers Day. Seeing as I had spent money on taking my sister to the doctors earlier that day I really just wanted my full refund. But it is now July 17th 2022. This incident took place May 8th 2022. My sisters toe is STILL infected and after multiple trips to the doctors I am furious. They have yet to do anything and still denied my full refund and pitifully gave me back only $65. I have spent money on doctors appointments and medicine. Im at the point where I would like to take further action and have this business held accountable for this health/ safety misconduct. Obviously their tools were not new or cleansed and disinfected. Their behavior was disgusting towards me after being patient and spending money on their establishment. Please help.
