    nunca regresar a este lugar. siendo * tuve una mui mal experiencia mi primera compra todo bien tratamos de hacer un trade in cambiar mi camioneta. y me pedan ***** dlares para poder hacer el trato claro * no acept le coment * lo *uera hacer con 0 down. a lo * me respondieron * no se poda hacer nada * esperara un poco y ellos se comunicaran. conmigo cosa * nunca pas jams nadie me llam despus puse un mal review al da siguiente el vendedor me mand mensajes reclamndome por * lo haba echo. bsicamente me dijo * no me ayudaran mas * haba terminado conmigo cmo cliente esta situacin me hizo sentir mui mal valorado pero jams regresar hacer un negocio con hopkins ford

In some cases, such as yours, we cannot get the approval required to complete the transaction to the customers terms. Obviously it's in our best interest to get approvals from banks so that we can sell vehicles and the deal we worked on for you was no different.     I WILL NEVER, I MEAN NEVER GO BACK TO HOPKINS FORD AGAIN. My name is *********************! I have gone through a potentially dangerous, life threatening situation after taking my vehicle to Hopkins Ford for repair. First, I want to start by saying, Hopkins Ford never really repaired my vehicle to a professional standard. A lot of time when Hopkins Ford did work on my vehicle, I always had to return my vehicle because the repairs were NOT done correctly or properly. Hopkins Ford had been the only dealership to repair my vehicle. **** KNOWS, I got so TIRED of the incompetent repair work done by Hopkins Ford ****************, LET ME TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED! I took my vehicle again, back to Hopkins Ford I needed to have new windshield wipers installed, an oil change and my tires rotated. After the work was done, I paid them and left, I drove home. But, the next day, I was on my way to my doctor's *********** and OMG, MY RIGHT, FRONT passenger tire start rubbing and making this GOD awful noise. I was so afraid. I just start praying and asking GOD to just let me make it back home and park. I got back home and I immediately called Hopkins Ford and I spoke to ****** and I told him it sounds and felt like my right, front passenger tire was about to fly off the rim. ******, then send NOT 1 - but 2 mobile mechanics to my house. Those 2 mechanics literally jacked up my car, turned my wheels to the left, then to the right doing their inspection. Then I was told what my car needed. (Which, after the mobile mechanics left my house, I decided NOT TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HOPKINS FORD AGAIN), at this point I knew that I was being hoodwinked and lied to. So, I decide to have my vehicle towed to ***** tires to get a different set of eyes on what was being done underneath my vehicle. AT THE ***** ***** tire indicated to me that the RIGHT, FRONT passenger tire was not secure and it would have caused a very serious accident! THE DANGER WAS OVERLOOKED BY HOPKINS FORD!

    Do NOT buy from here, they lie: Classic bait and switch. Attempting to purchase WITH CASH we found out that the sale price is actually much more than their online listed price. We spent two hours there test-driving and learning about the features of the 2022 Blue Mustang Mach-E GT. Things seemed fine up to the point we said we wanted to buy. We agreed on a price, and ***** came out and presented us with a sheet of paper, telling us I have to do this with everyone. He then showed us the paper with the price breakdown and, in retrospect, I shouldve figured something was fishy when he hadnt written down the out the door number. After some back and forth we agreed on our offer. While we then waited for ***** to come back from his manager, ****** sat with us and asked for our insurance and began going through the process of getting the paperwork started. So we were confused and shocked when ****** got up and then a person we had never met before, ***** the general sales manager, sat down and informed us that the optional accessories both ****** and ***** told us about was now mandatory and that there had been a miscommunication. He wouldnt budge and just blamed us for not reading the fine print online. Im sure if we had agreed to finance some or all of the car purchase those accessories would have been truly optional for us. They claim to be transparent in their pricing and then pointed us to the fine print on their website. If you have to put something in fine print, and then blame the customer for not reading it, that is not transparent pricing. I am reporting them to the State, their City and County as well as the BBB and any other agencies I can. Which is easier to believe: that they are lying to us; or that two of their sales people were so utterly incompetent that over the course of two hours, they accidentally presented a mandatory accessory add-on as optional to us?

As I explained on the phone, I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and your concern about the miscommunications regarding the optional certification fee and the protections that were applied to the vehicle you were interested in purchasing. I also appreciate you giving me the opportunity to include some of the protections at no cost and wish I were able to resolve the matter sooner to earn your business. I appreciate your transparency and feedback will use this feedback to ensure the matters are rectified and not repeated.

    They have completely disappointed me. They have not had sufficient capacity or professionalism to resolve the problem. A few months ago, I bought a **** brand vehicle which had a transmission breakdown weeks after purchasing it. I took the vehicle to them to repair it and it took them 4 months to return it to me and that same day they delivered it to me it failed again. They repaired it again and delivered it to me in the same way, failing. and they also scratched the doors, the hood and a front wheel were dented. I have asked them to give me another vehicle that is at the same price. And instead of helping me with the inconveniences every time I come to see if they can give me another one, they always try to sell me one that costs double my budget. They are practically making a business out of this situation. If I could, I would give them a -5star rating.

    They lie to their customers to get them through the door. Once you are there, they will bait and switch on you with the pricing. Happened to me on Saturday 4/1/2023. I called about a Bronco, they told me the price over the phone and even referenced the website. That was the price. After test driving it and seeing the features, we agreed to purchase. As we were filling out the **** Credit application, they pull out THE REAL PRICE, which was 11k over the asking price. After arguing and being on site for 2 hours, we decided not to buy from them. As we felt we were being deceived. No sale unless you agreed to pay the extra mark up. It would be better if you told me the actual price before I wasted my time coming to your dealership. I would avoid doing business here.

    Wanted to give a shout out to the following guys who made my experience 1st class!************************* - General Manager. He went above and beyond to satisfy my various concerns. He was courteous, polite, respectful and a gentleman. I appreciated his return calls, answering texts and overall concern that I was a well satisfied customer. A+******************* - Sales Manager Very pleasant, respectful and answered all my questions when I was at the dealership to purchase my 22' **** 150 Lariat. A done well done.********************* ****** was very respectful from the moment I walked into the dealership to the final handshake closing the deal. I would highly recommend any interested in looking at a vehicle purchase to see ******.**** - Service Manager **** was awesome about calling me and letting me know that status of my vehicle, answering any of my questions, and going over all technical specs of the work being completed.************************** ***** is the man! I live an hour away and he drove my truck back and forth several times while they were completing some upgrades. He would drop off a loaner and take my truck. No complaints. Professional and a great asset to the team!These GUYS ROCK! They don't get enough credit for the hard work and effort put in on a daily basis dealing with the public. I own my own business, and value hard working individuals. I would definitely recommend them and Hopkins Ford.THANK YOU GENTLEMAN!
