We rented over $6k worth of tents, tables, chairs and equipment.Bad communication. Broken product. Bad customer service.First, I was given a delivery window from ****am on a Friday. Half the rental did not come until 3pm with no communication about why half didn't show up and when it would be coming. I had to call multiple times to even get through and the customer service was not helpful with a very confrontational attitude. I ended up having to stand around all day waiting when I was trying to organize a major event.Second, we rented two very expensive chargeable coolers because we had limited electricity at the event. We charged as instructed. One never worked. The other stopped working in less than two hours (despite being told they held an 8 hour charge). I contacted the company multiple times about a simple refund. They are refusing to get back to me.Lastly, according to my contract and confirmation emails, all the rentals were supposed to be picked up on a Sunday morning. By Monday afternoon there were still items left at the venue, with no communication about a delay. Again I had to call to figure out what was going on. There was no understanding or empathy on the problems their mistake caused between myself and the venue.I contacted the company multiple times over more than a week and a half with a chance to make it right. No response to emails or phone calls. They owe us a refund for the broken rental. We had to go out and spend more money to find a solution.
