I have attached a chain of events of dates that was emailed to *************************** (Director) and ***************************** (Designer) on Feb 11, 2022. I escalated it to ************************* (VP), but nothing was done. At this point I just want to be given a credit for the issues and for them to move the rods, but I am concerned that they will do a terrible job as a repercussion. My switch light is completely exposed and I can be electrocuted since I cannot fit a plate cover.The mistake I made was that I signed indicating the job was complete, but I was so upset that I wanted the guy to leave for the second time. They are not willing to do the right thing and just fix the remaining issues let alone give a credit to close it for my dissatisfaction based on the chain of events.Total Paid - $4009.66, I originally wanted 10%, but at this point I just want $500.00 refunded.Business response

We have been in communication with this client since the initial installation from at least four separate members of our team. We did not recommend the 12" panel that she insisted on after the initial installation and have since offered to come out and replace it with a deeper one that has the cut out inside of the panel - the construction method we recommend in order to have a clean look. Absent that we offered to replace the panel and add a new light switch trim plate. We were scheduled for 3/1/2022 but the client cancelled the morning of the appointment due to a family emergency.
Since that date we have responded by both email and phone the latest being a voicemail left again on 3/18 and finally speaking in person with her on 3/22. We also responded via email to her request -- we have agreement with ************** to come out at a date to be determined next week and adjust the depth for the hanging rods as well as refund her 10% of the purchase price. She no longer wants us to make any adjustments to the panels or the light switch plate. This information is current as of 3/23.
