      I purchased a KeySmart X on September 25, 2023. It broke in February 2024, well within my two year warranty. I sent an email to KeySmart on February 21. On February 22 I received a reply from ******** who confirmed she found my original order and wanted to confirm my shipping address to send a replacement. Since that time I have not received a replacement and have been ignored even though I have sent six follow up emails. At this point I don't even want a replacement since they don't sell the product which broke anymore. I want a refund so I no longer deal with this company that doesn't honor their warranty and has no customer service skills

      I have sent multiple emails re: return and refund on Order ******. As you can see in the attached, I placed the order for KeySmart Pro Tile and 2 Magconnect Pro on December 26. I received them on January 2. I sent my first email stating I would like to return the products on January 30, within 30 days of customer receipt, as required by your policy. I received an email from ******** on January 30 explaining the options. I responded on Jan. 30 that I would like to return for a refund and requested the address to send the products to. I also explained that the tile device is still at factory settings and has not been paired, therefore I should get a full refund. This email was not responded to.Emails from me on February 2 and February 8 have also not been responded to. As I contacted you about this return fully in compliance with your policy, I would appreciate your sending me the return address so I can ship these products back to you.I'm of course very frustrated with this experience and am reminded of this every time I pull out my keys which are on a KeySmart device. I just decided I wasn't happy with the size of the Pro with Tile version. Please provide the address and I will return the products so you can process a FULL refund and make me a happier customer, once again.

      Keysmart once had a rewards program. This program started out shortly after the company was started and between kickstarter campaigns and purchasing products directly from the website, I had accumulated quite a lot of "keys" (which is what they called their rewards points). I recently wanted to go redeem these points and purchase some products from keysmart. Upon going to the website I was unable to find where to login to my account anymore. After emailing support, I was lead on from about a month with the promise of getting the rewards system active again to allow me to redeem my points (or keys) before it was "sent to a higher team" to look at and contact me. I never received the contact from the "higher team" as promised so I reached back out again. Finally, I was informed that the system had been permanently disabled and after some pushing was offered a 25% coupon. This is generous, however, I estimate in order for me to get the value that I had accumulated in keys (or rewards points) I would need to spend somewhere around $1000 to be able to get enough back, which still means I must spend around $800 out of my own pocket still. All I ask is to get the amount of credit that I had accumulated in keys back so that I can make the purchase I intended to in the first place. Also, next time it would be appreciated to get some communication that my rewards points will be disappearing before they are deleted, which would give me a fair chance to spend them.

      I originally ordered the CleanKey product (order # KS-**********) when it first came out, which was backordered. When I finally received it (months later), I placed a return with the company by following the directions that were provided, however, it appears their receiving team missed the item and I was never refunded.After speaking with *****, she provided a $30 gift card which could only be used with KeySmart (not what I wanted, as I only wanted my original money back for the CleanKey order). I then placed a new order for 3 multikey which I only received 1 out of 3, and was disappointed that it was not the full package that was advertised.All I want is to receive the refund for the original clean key order (KS-**********). If you can please help me accomplish this very simple request, it would be greatly appreciated.Original order placed on April 17,2020 Paid = $40 I am no longer getting any response from the business. They are not willing to help at all.
