Terrible customer service. After install we noticed a seam in the carpet was already coming apart, a gap in the pad, and also cut the carpet wrong so the tack strip was exposed. I sent them photos and several weeks of no response. Wont answer anything I send. Do not use

Job was completed 9/26/2022, Superior was aware of the concerns with the installation. Customer had our contact information and was supposed to send pictures of the areas of concern, we never received any pictures. Customer was called today and is now set up for November 17th. Everything will be taking care of if its installation related. If its not installation related, it will have to be address with the manufacturer or the client depending on the concerns.Review from Megan W

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Superior Installations/Superior ***** they are contracted through ********** for installs. We ordered vinyl plank & ceramic tile. We had all 3 toilets pulled and when they arrived, the installer said he did not do tile (hard to communicate as he spoke little English), so we had no bathroom for over 24 hours for no reason. They finished the vinyl plank in the kitchen over 2 days, but did not cap off the quarter round. They left blunt edged, unstained cuts on all but one corner. We were told that they would be back out to fix this, but they have not. It is impossible to get someone on the phone & no vm's returned. Finally, over a month later the ceramic tile install was scheduled. We moved all the supplies back inside, had the 2 toilets disconnected again (& the 1 disconnected over a month ago, reconnected) 45 min after he said he would be here, I called and couldn't get through. I tried about 30 min later and was told that he wasn't from the area and couldn't find our house so he went back to the shop. WTF? I received a call late in the day from a "supposed" supervisor that someone else would be here the next day from 8 - 9. No call, but they did show up 1 hr ************************************* one bathroom for about 30 min, said they were going outside for a break, and NEVER came back or called/explained why they left. I tried calling the supervisor and no response. I had to call ********** who initially said that the installers couldn't handle the urine smell. We have a septic tank and toilets are pulled off, so yes, odor was a possibility. I didn't detect a smell. The follow up call was that we had black mold. We had a mold inspector out, no black mold. We ended up pulling up the flooring ourselves. It has been a week and no installers or inspectors have been out. Sub floors still exposed in bathrooms, no toilets, and can't use the showers. This is ridiculous and has been such a disaster. 0 Stars, but had to pick at least 1.
