The business is holding my shipment in an attempt to collect a debt from a different and unrelated company. *** reached out to resolve my portion of the matter but they continue to generate charges, have failed to provide a monthly statement of charges, and have told me that they will not release my items and claim that I should pay them and then ask the other company to reimburse me. I have no existing contract with any of the parties and will not be held responsible for additional charges, nor will I accept that my items are being unreasonably held. The additional items in question were transported, coordinated, paid for, invoiced to, and addressed to an entirely different party. The value of my contents are well above ****** USD.
