Package Claim Number:1Z236E970310245661 A *** worker did not leave my package at the original address due to a neighbor telling them I no longer lived there which was NOT true at the time. No one contacted me to verify that I had moved. Instead the package was returned to the facility and I was NOT notified. I made several attempts to retrieve it but could not reach any one by phone or in person. They do NOT answer or return calls for the 800 number given on their site. I had not been able to reach anyone at *** for 30 days due to their negligence and lack of customer support/service. When I finally did get a phone call it was several months later to tell me that the package had been delivered to a ************* ************** in *****************, ** and they signed for it! I have attached the files and messages to prove this. My package was stolen at the *** facility! When I finally spoke with someone in January they stated that I would have to call back, that the package had been retrieved but they couldn't provide me any other information. I told them I was not satisfied with the outcome yet they closed my case without an apology or resolution. This is bad business and it is unlawful. I paid $300 dollars for those items in the package from ChicMe and they were stolen by ***. I have the receipt to prove it. I also have the messages to prove that I have not received my items from the company and *** is responsible for this. I want my MONEY BACK from ***. Thank you.
