      I was sold a paintball marker that was great used once then I suffered an accidental fall and couldn't use for about 3 mo.. Now at home and needing activities I tried to use the Umarex T4e TR50 after it was taken care of like gold it would work but the CO2 ********** into the marker pistol. After spending $172.00 with these folks I want a new pistol or the amount I paid.

      Below is the complete timeline of emails sent and received including his threat at the end. We did not sell a defective marker evidenced by the customer stating it worked great the first time used. He stated it sat for 6 months unused and we informed him it may need oil or an o-ring. This is normal maintenance on a paintball marker. If this is not a maintenance issue and warranty work is needed, we advised him to call the manufacturer since it should be covered under warranty unless it was misused or stored improperly. We adivsed him to do this since we do have have the parts to fix this issue at our location. There is no indication the customer followed the advice to call the manufacturer.

       unfortunately was involved in accident. Now at home ready to play, lol, I'm disabled and the puncture valve leaks like a sick. I've wasted 5 co2s trying but won't work. ONLY 2ND USE.

      I am sorry you had trouble. I dont know why it worked good the first time but after sitting for 6 months it leaked. It sounds like an o-ring dried up. After a product is used the manufacturer warranty takes over. Since we do not have any replacement parts for these the fastest way to get support is to contact Umarex directly. Umarex can be reached at **************** Ext #7.

      I am sorry you feel that way. Our warranty policy is very clear on our website. Once an item is used the manufacturer warranty kicks in. They are the experts on getting your marker working properly.

      Evidently the customer did not read our full reply which had more than copied texts so we will state the facts again. This item was purchased on 08/11/2021. He next contacted us on 02/11/2022 which is six months later. The customer stated it worked great when he got it and then it was left un-used for a long period of time. We explained that since it sat for so long it may need oil or other maintenance done. He does not want to do that. Just like any mechanical device, it has to be maintained to work properly. If it is a manufacturer defect (which we don't think it is since it worked great according to the customer), the owners manual clearly states to contact the manufacturer directly with any issues. Our own policy also states that once an item is used the manufacturer warranty takes over. However we still try to help by giving guidance on what to fix. We have tried to explain this to the customer and he does not listen. We have given him the manufacturer phone number and he refuses to contact them. Since the customer is not local, he can also call us and we can advise him on how to solve the issue. All of this information was all given to the customer several times as you can see in our previous replies and his only reply is to send a free replacement.
