Weve been using Mr. ********************** for years. Service is speedy, thorough and the professionals are always very communicative. **** did a great job today, replacing an old toilet that started to leak. He provided options, talked me thru everything and took care of it all.Review from Mary R

Very professional, especially ***** the camera man. Explained in detail every step of the way. We had several gentlemen out for different aspects of the job and all were very courteous, cleaned up and let us know what the next step would be. Highly recommend them. I had a problem with clogged pipes and water backing up. I called and they sent out a technician, *****, within an hour. I was surprised at how quickly they responded. I was told upfront the plan and cost. ***** was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining things to me along the way. He cleaned up when he was finished.Review from Alondra P

The plumber(*******) snake rod was stuck in my pipe inside my bathroom wall, and he said he would send out the guy (******) that does the video. He came out and told me it would have to come out, when they put a new pipe outside. I did not want them because he started with one price, then he said he would lower it $700.00 less. Then he told me he could flush it out for $1,600. He said he would call tomorrow. The next day his supervisor called me and said the guy (******) that did the video gave me the wrong price for a new pipe on the outside. A couple of days later ****** called, I told him that I hired someone to take the snake out, and that I was disappointed in him. I wanted them to pay for that. All I want is what I paid this company $539.55 for leaving the snake in my wall.Review from betsy e

I called Mr. ********************** due to a plumbing issue in my home. The plumber came out and tried to rod however they were not able to get the issue resolved. The issue was not resolved. Mr. ********************** gave me a full refund. Thank you Mr ********************** for your service.
