I purchased lot 28- 2005 WILDCAT *************************************************************** ********, ******** on 11-09-22 for $37,500. After buyers premium and taxes, the total sale price was $46,200 that was paid in full via wire transfer. I had a buyer lined up to purchase this machine from me as soon as I could get it delivered to him. At this time (11-29-22) I have been informed that ALL the equipment that was sold at this auction (88 lots) have a "garnishment" against them. Perfection is not willing to give me my money back, nor release the machine I purchased, so therefore I have been robbed of $46,200 from them due to the fact of Perfection not doing there proper research before selling equipment and robbing numerous people of there hard earned money!Business response

"This complaint was cleared up as ******************** was not receiving our email communication when he posted this message. At no time did we advise his funds were not being returned, in fact the communication he was not receiving explained the process we were going through for returning his funds.********************** funds were returned in full and we contacted his attorney to ask him to remove the complaint, which he said he would."
