The technician struggled with the frame, rocking the car back and forth, and using excessive force while swearing. After the replacement, the auto roll-up feature failed, which the tech said would loosen up. Later, at the car wash, I noticed the window leaking water. I called Glass America's corporate office and was advised to return the vehicle for repairs.On November 29, 2021, I brought the car back for inspection and requested a different technician. ***, the manager, assured me the issue would be fixed. However, after picking up the vehicle, the leak persisted. *** blamed it on faulty aftermarket glass and ordered OEM glass.On December 13, 2021, Glass America installed OEM glass, but the window still leaked. *** asked for the vehicle to be dropped off again for further inspection.On December 28, 2021, after realigning seals and tracks, *** took the vehicle to my car wash to test for leaks. Despite his assurance, the window continued leaking. I demanded that the repairs be handled by a company of my choosing. *** agreed to have ****** repair the vehicle.On January 4-6, 2022, ****** replaced the glass, internals, frame, and seals.
