              My husband and I went to Trilab in ************, ** on *************. for a PCR Covid test on 12/30/21. We were told we would get results with 48 - 72 hours. It has now been 8 DAYS and still no results. We called and left numerous messages and no one has called back. I heard on the news that these pop up test stations are not giving results they are just collecting the money the government is giving them. I just want the BBB to be aware of this company as they are not providing the results they promised.

              We took our son to a school sponsored Covid-19 testing site on Wed, Jan 5, 2022. Trilab is the company which did the testing. To this day, we have never received any testing results. Further, we attempted numerous phones calls to get these results only to receive a message that their voice mailbox was full. I can understand if they had a great influx of tests during that time, however to not even receive any test results is very concerning. Our child could not return to school without a negative testing. Because we had waited for Trilab's results, our child missed many days of school. When test results were not forthcoming, we had to scramble to find another testing site--from a totally different lab. That lab gave us results within the day.

              ****,Our sincere apologies that your experience with Trilab has not gone according to how you or we as an organization would have liked. At the time, when you got tested, we were dealing with a finite testing capacity and overwhelming demand. Despite the fact the COVID has been around for two years, the unpredictable nature of testing demand associated with new variants such as Omicron, has stretched the limits of that testing capacity. We augmented our testing capacity back in January and we have turning around PCR tests in less than 24 hours ever since. We would like to make this right and If you are amenable, we would welcome the opportunity have you get re-tested at our Elmhurst Lab. Please reach out to me directly and I will personally make sure your next experience with Trilab is a positive one.Best,Aldo
