We offer customized moving solutions tailored to your specific needs, whether you need help with packing, loading, transportation, or unloading. Our team of movers will work closely with you to ensure that your move is completed on time and within budget.Date of delivery confirmed for: Saturday 6/3/23 at 3:30-4:00 pm by mover.Deposit of $50 paid upfront.Texted mover twice on day of delivery for confirmation of ETA. No response.I called company owner and requested for an ETA from mover. Owner yelled and cursed at me saying they are busy. Then I requested a refund of deposit. Owner yells and cursed saying this was not possible and will need to reach out to mover and hung up on me. ***** called me later on saying he will not be able to make the time frame and will need to find someone else to do it. No response thereafter. No services rendered. No refund.Business response

Hello we have never dealt with this person before, she made a deposit for very small delivery for 4pm and was calling my manager ****** who booked the job with her at 2 pm, he was on another job busy, she called me and I told her he was on a job and that ********* was still fine , she than continues to say we were unprofessional and than to send a deposit back. We sent the deposit back and did not accommodate this womens move. We never met her.

I am rejecting this response because:A deposit was made to secure the delivery between 3:30 pm and 4 pm.
I forwarded communication to ****** on the delivery day. No response from ****** even though there were read receipts.Due to no response from ****** and I was afraid of no call, no show, I called the owner *********************** about the confirmed delivery for the same day and he said what the h*** are you calling me for?
I proceeded to inform him that I could not get ahold of ****** and asked if he could help me locate him or get a response. He got upset and screamed, hes f****** busy and s*** What the f*** do you want me to do?
I was so shocked with his response I said he was extremely unprofessional and I asked for my deposit back and he said that wasnt possible and he will try to get a hold of ******. He kept screaming and cursing and hung up on me.
I hired this team because their website says guaranteed results and 100% satisfaction. I consider this to be fraudulent and misleading because Austins screaming and cursing is unacceptable.
