      Horrible experience trying to purchase a Toyota ****** from super-shady salesman *****************************. I repeatedly asked for a quote to be emailed to me, and he would only text me quotes from his personal cell phone. In a matter of days, the price he quoted me on the van changed multiple times, and he tried to sell me every unnecessary package under the sun. When I asked why he refused to send me a quote from his work email, his response was, Im 61 years old. Im not the best on a computer. Avoid this dealership at all costs and specifically this shady salesman.

      I ordered a part for my truck. Went through their questionnaire to make sure that the right part for my truck was selected. I have since gone over this questionnaire several more times with the same results. I needed a part for my double cab and it is giving me the part for a access cab. I didn't notice this when I originally ordered the part. When it arrives I quickly find the mistake. I sent an email telling the department of the problem with their website and requesting for the part to be replaced. The email I got back blamed me for not providing a VIN number and says that I have to pay for the return shipping and restocking fee. The whole reason that I used the people was because they were offering the best price for that part at a 30% discount compared to everyone else. Now it is feeling like a scam in that they send people to the wrong part on their website and making their money on the "Restocking" fee, negating any savings and costing me far more than if I had used anyone else. I would never recommend anyone to use this business and will actively warn people about this scam.

      Hello ******************,I reviewed your order and your concern. When YOU looked up the part you did not provide a VIN on the website, and YOU looked up the wrong part. The part number YOU looked up was for a 2005-2015 **************** Cab Tacoma and it is plainly listed on the part page. Which is what *** in part emailed to you on 11/23/2022 at 11:01 am. It is not a fault with our page, it is however and fault of the person who improperly looked up the part, failed to notice the part description and the top of the page and who know wishes to make their issue our fault. Please take some personal responsibility on your mistake.       This review is only for the parts department. The online parts people are sub intelligent and dumb af. So I used to be a customer of this crappy business. Most of my orders are for parts and I order them online from their website. I ordered a part online that was NOT the right fit. I realized my mistake and try to cancel before the order is completed or picked up. The guy never returns my calls or messages. Then I get a survey in the email where I voice my opinions about how their policies **** as well as their online service. They anyways charge me a few hundred for a restocking fee.Time goes along and I order more parts as they are closer to my home. All is fine until a few orders. After a few orders are completed, the s****** who handles online accounts realizes that he got a bad review from me and decides to block my account. When I call and call and call, this fool **** comes on the phone after a good bit of hiding and confesses that he blocked my account because of my negative feedback earlier which I honestly had written thinking it was their survey to make things better at their business. What a loser and then I ask him if its fair, he says he got the orders from management. What a bunch of losers both managers and schmucks. Dont go here and ****, fyi you are a disgrace and too thin skinned to take even a small criticism. Dont worry about me, there are a lot of good Toyota dealers who deserve a good paying customer who has multiple ********************** vehicles. Its your loss
