This company approached my home offering a free inspection for roof repair. We entered into an agreement and scheduled the job. 11/22/21 We communicated via email as the job was near completion to meet for payment. I sent an email on 3/22/22 due to noticing concerns and provided pictures to support my claims. I requested via email a full inspection due to leaking in my kitchen after the job. On my roof I have 2 skylights one in my master bath and one above my kitchen ceiling. I called the warranty company which is the same company "Elite Exteriors and voiced my concerns regarding constant leaking despite the complete tear down and replacement and was told that my insurance"denied" repair of the skylight which was connected to the roof with no proof of that. The skylight was on the home when the inspection was completed. I contacted other roofing companies and was advised flashing replacement was supposed to replaced around the skylight to prevent what is happening and this was not completed. Not only did this company receive payment for the roof they also received payment for siding by my insurance company and now is being unresponsive regarding a resolution. I feel they came and used shady business practices especially to me as a home owner who trusted this company to complete a job they were paid for. I am now searching for new companies to fix the subpar job completed. This company received the deductible and payment from my insurance company and now I have to endure additional cost to resolve what they didn't fix initially.Customer response

I am trying to close the complaint. The company contacted me directly and resolved my concerns regarding the leaking skylight. I went to the website and was not able to close directly on the portal.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
