A tech named ***** came out on 11/17 to replace a window on my brand new mustang, he installed a window so warped that it wouldnt close, had bubbles in the glass, and wasnt even close to *** glass. He offered to come back the next day with the right glass. The next day, he tried telling me that he only had that brand. It wasnt the right color or thickness or even the right shape. I told him I wanted ***. The day after that, he said he got the *** glass, but somebody dropped it. I spoke Steves supervisor, *****, who said they would have to order the *** glass from their warehouse in ***********, **, which is only like an hour away. I asked him to go get the glass, because I wasnt about to waste a 4th day on something that should have taken two hours. They finally got the right glass, but they destroyed my door. They broke off several of the clips the hold it together, they cracked the panel behind the door handle, there are pry marks all over parts of the door that dont need to be pried at all to remove the door. Its obvious that the tech had no idea how to remove the door and decided to just pry at random components until something popped off. Ive only had this car for two weeks. It was literally built two months ago. Now the door looks terrible. This entire experience has been a nightmare, but I thought it was over once they finally got the glass. I was wrong. The damage they did to the door panel exceeds the value of the glass by several hundred dollars.Business response
