      Today I submitted a quote online for a window repair on my car. I get a call four hours later stating the price online was not updated. Asked the represented why the price went up from 228 to now to 290, says the price did not update last night. Thoroughly blown away by false quoting and pricing as advertised when selecting the make and model of my vehicle on the website. Asked could they honor the 228 online, says the most they can do is 250. This company should be fined for falsely advertising quote on their website compared to when they call to confirm appointment then rates drastically changes. Do not recommend.

      They **** plain and simple. Made appointment online. Tech came out and said wrong to windshield sent even though I put my vehicle's VIN number to ensure the correct one would be sent. Get a call the day of the appointment Tech not available so reschedule problem is the number they leave to call doesn't work. I finally got an Agent it was like putting her out to make another appointment she said I"ll not it on the order. Now I get yet another call Tech called out $20 off to reschedule and once again call back number doesn't work. I went online to the Customer Feedback and all I get is Crickets. Guess cheap price means cheap customer service, I've worked **************** for 40 years and this is just rude and ridiculous.

      AutoGlassOnly.com Sold Me Very Poor Quality Auto Glass Windshield That Was Defected. Glass Cracked Quickly And They Would Not Fix It When I Reported It.They have ********************* And This is A Sign of Being Con-Artists Who Do Not Fix Their Mistakes. -Auto Glass Only.com sold us was defected and there were cracks all the way through my windshield.-The windshield glass must have been a manufacturer stress defect from the border of glass as I have witnesses (videos and photos) that there was no activation of the glass from stone or rocks or another event that could've started this cracking.- It was confirmed by new auto glass installer company when removing it was not even installed into my ****** heating package of my vehicle, which means they cheated me out of the correct glass and it was never heating my windshieldwhich I paid a premium price for.-Auto Glass Only charged me a premium price for a terrible experience that lasted less than a year as cracks showed up very quickly.-Auto Glass Only said they no longer service ** auto owners and refuse to do the right thing to correct a manufacturing defect in their auto glass!-I have an expert witness review with video and photos to share about AutoGlassOnly.com defected glass installation and cracks.

      Dear ***** F,The windshield was replaced in October of 2020 with the correct glass for your vehicle per all manufacturer specifications. On July 15th, 2022 (almost 2-years later) is when we were notified by you demanding and accosting us to refund you for the installation we performed.The video you shared was after the new installation was already completed and didn't show the damaged windshield or any proof of the alleged issues that are being claimed.Furthermore, the pictures provided were from the inside of the vehicle instead of the outside. And also, didn't show anything that proved the windshield was defective as alleged.The windshield we installed went through 2-******* and 1.5-******* before we were notified of your issues after it was installed. Normally if it is a stress crack the technician would have stopped the installation and a warranty at that time would have been reviewed.But only after the installation where we then notified, which is not a normal practice for any of the hundreds of glass shops in our network.We apologize for the circumstances, but since there is no proof showing the damage from the outside is a stress crack and not new damage.       they will quote you a nice price online, but they will call you right before the tech comes out and say you have to pay hundreds more before the tech arrives or he will not come out. Fraudulent company.

      Company ***** would not refer to anyone prepaid for windsheild tech came out as promised opened truck door and said he would not do. Said there was rust and silicone.but tech said if we took winsheild out he would come back and put new winsheild in now does this make sense.i own a upholstery shop so I know all about rust I pulled all outside moldings off and low and behold no rust.just hope I get my money back

      ******************,We apologize that we were not able to service your **** **** Pickup at this time. Unfortunately when the technician went to replace the glass. It was found that an excessive amount of silicone was used around your windshield. Please see the following pictures provided.https://********-attachments.s3.amazonaws.com/glassamerica_615f2bf480858.jpghttps://********-attachments.s3.amazonaws.com/glassamerica_615f2be51313c.jpgSadly this is a liability for our company, which is why we could not proceed. The glue around the windshield should not look like this. In our many years of experience when a glass is glued in this way. It is due to rust in the pinchweld underneath the glue where the glass sits. Though small, in the pictures you can see a rust discoloration stemming underneath the silicone. Which typically means there is a lot more underneath.Whomever did your replacement before, rather than proper removal of the rust through a bodyshop. Instead just applied an excessive amount of silicone to cover it up and prevent any future leaking.If we removed the glue and the glass. Underneath it all could be an even larger issue, which then we would be liable. It is not our intent to schedule, order/pickup the glass, send a technician out to you, just to not do the job at all. We lost money in not doing this job for you now.Under different circumstances this would have gone differently and a replacement would of been completed as usual.Your credit card was refunded.
