What a absolutely horrible experience using this company. From top to bottom absolute embarrassment. 1. Scheduling was a nightmare. Had to speak to several people, phone disconnected once and the agent didnt bother to call back. Agents were so confused on how to schedule a WARRANTY claim that my insurance claims agent had to set it up for me. She spoke with several people and assured me I was good to go. I was in fact not good to go. After 2 cancellations the 3rd appointment was cancelled due to we wont do a warranty claim. All of this should have been red flags for me to go to another company. I call my claims agent back. She calls glass america back and all is right..for now. I call glass America to CONFIRM and once again they are clueless as to whats happeningI was told they were clueless because the notes were lost so I filled them in and scheduled for a 4th time. This time the window was installed. Great.for about 3 weeks when a glass america team member decides to call my husband multiple times. My husband works multiple jobs and cannnot take phone calls..thats why the policy and everything is in my name. I finally get in touch with this lovely agent ************************* and am scolded about why my husband did not answer. I am then informed they cannot figure out how to bill statefarm so I need to open a new claim. I say no and to call my claims agent. My agent is then conferenced into the phone call and told ****** that she can pay out the bill. But ****** is adamant that that cant happen due to a billing code error. She tells me someone above her will be reaching out to me. A week goes by and again she starts calling and email my husband saying shes going to bill him directly. At no point have I been contacted by someone who seems to know WHAT is going on. My claims agent will be reaching out YET AGAIN to get this resolved with this company. Harassing a customer instead of resolving it within the company with insurance is utterly shameful business practices.

On July 2,2019 I called Glass America to install a windshield. When the tech showed up he had the wrong windshield. The windshield he had didn't have a sensor on it. So he called the office with his phone and cancelled my order to replace. But he told me that he would buy with him own money the right windshield windshield for a cheaper price then what his company would charge. He told me that it would still be under a lifetime warranty though Glass America. He was in company van, and using company products. He was drinking while he installed my windshield. The windshield he installed was not centered. He broke the windshield sensor forcing it to connect. Over the first year I was having problems with my AC not blowing right.I took my new car at the time to the dealership several times. I don't drive that car to much where I never noticed it not working right until the third time. The dealership replaced several things thinking what the problem was. Never was fixed. Until several months ago saying it was the windshield sensor. I have been going through local office and been getting the run around. They are saying that the job was never done by them. But yet they did. I have video and text and emails showing there tech installed it. I was charged 3 times what the windshield is worth ****** turned into *******. I have proof every time when he came out to collect 90 to 100 dollars each time because I didn't have all 900 at one time. He came by every time with company van to collect. At that time I didn't know I was being ripped off for a windshield. I have all the proof that clearly shows they installed there windshield in my car.
