I purchased furniture with this company at the end of May early June. I was told that my furniture would be delivered in ***** weeks. In September I began to inquire about my furniture when I was repeatedly told it wasnt in. After continued calls I was told they have some of my items but have no idea when the rest of my furniture would arrive or if it would arrive because it was no longer in stock. I requested my money back and they stated they would be taking a 25% restock fee for items that were never in stock! I disputed the charges to my account siting that I did not receive my furniture. They informed the bank that they told me it would be an extended wait time (that never occurred). They also stated that they offered to deliver part of my furniture. Why would I want 2 dining room chairs after they told me they didnt know when the rest of my furniture would be arriving? It has been 6 months, no furniture. I want all of my money back.Business response
