August 20th at 8:36 pm a Sunnyside worker. Short black woman with locs in hair came out after we had already been waiting in for over 25 minutes that they are only taking medical now and everyone else had to leave. The store was scheduled to be open till 9 pm. They wasted at least 8 peoples time after they kept coming out and seeing the same faces in line for 25 minutes. They were letting medical cut in front which is normal. But all of a sudden they said unless your medical we are not taking anymore customers. Not because the system was down it seem like they just didnt want to service the people because it was 30 minutes till closing time. How could you do that when you seen all these people standing in line. I got to the door when they decided to just only do medical. They had more than enough time to give us all service. They could have came out and said after this person no more but they did not. People are there for medical even when they dont have a medical card. Its crazy to do something like that. Dont just close when you feel like it. At least inform people that you just dont want to service anymore people so we could have had time to go to another store. By 8:36pm I couldnt make it to another store in time. Its going to be a tough sleepless night tonight.
