      I recently purchased three brand new chains for my chainsaw all three chains only used once I dropped off my chains to be sharpened at *** ******** and energy as I put the first chain on after picking them up as I was trying to install the chain on my bar it would not go in to the slot on the bar I didn’t notice it was damaged underneath I proceeded to put on another chain that was supposedly sharpened on the saw it wouldn’t even cut a two inch branch I returned to *** ******** with the three chains I was told that they were just wore out and I ask for a manager he then made excuses as well and then accuse me of lying when I had receipts for the chains when purchased and the receipt for their services and treated me like I was trying to lie about my chains They are responsible for damaging one chain and the $30 for the sharpening that I paid for but didn’t get

      The customer (*** ******* came to our Energy *** ******** to get his three chains sharpened. Our mechanics sharpened the chains and hung them up where all customer chains are. We use a tagging system to keep all chains organized by customer. When *** ****** picked his chains up he looked them over like we ask all customers to. He stated everything looked good and proceeded to pay for sharpening and leave the building. He later came back asking for a manager due to his chains being bent and not fitting on bar. **** **** our assistant manager came to discuss issues, *** ****** started raising his voice demanding that we give him a new chain and the others weren’t sharpe. Which you could tell them had been used.  *** **** proceeded to offer that we resharpen the two chains free of charge but couldn’t do anything about the bent chain because we asked him to verify the condition before leaving. *** ****** continued to yell, use profanity, and hand gestures of the middle finger to the employs so *** ****** was asked to leave before calling the police.

      We would have come up with a resolution if *** ****** would have treated us with respect and we would have done the same.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      For one I did not pick the chains up my worker did and was never asked to look over the chains and they did not offer to reshaping the chains and the bad chain wasn’t bent it had three bad spots on the chain that goes into the bar they laughed in my f*** and called me a Liar And still wasn’t disrespectful like I told him it wasn’t about the money it was about the principal I dropped off three perfectly good chains to be sharpened and they weren’t sharpened and one was ruined and wouldn’t go in the bar I have a *** membership and never delt with poor service until this location
