The transaction occurred on January 9, 2023. I paid the business $154.00 via Venmo. I purchased two tanning packages. Each tanning package was supposed to be 200 ultra bed minutes for $77. The owner of the business texted me the pricing menu, they had the same pricing menu on Facebook, and they had the same pricing menu hanging in the salon. Instead of 200 minutes for each package I only received 120 minutes on each package. I asked for the additional minutes and she refused. She admitted that the signage was a typo. She would not honor her minutes/pricing. I have provided documentation below.Business response

There was a typo on the pricing sheet. It was changed as soon as it was noticed. The package the complainant was wanting was actually for a stronger/higher strength beds. The lower level beds don't have the time limit that the higher level beds do. The consumer was notified that there was a typo, and in the best interest of the business, the typo was fixed, but the consumer didn't take the explanation well. She stated she was lucky that she was the one who noticed, and not someone else who would slander her business all over the internet. The business felt this was not an appropriate reaction to the typo, and chose not to bend to the rules, or packages to the consumers wishes.

I have read the response from the owner at Golden Hour Tanning. I am rejecting this response because:#1. The owner of Golden Hour Tanning stated in paragraph two (first sentence) that she made a mistake on the salon price menu and on the price menu that she texted me. Her mistake should not mean my loss.#2. Also in paragraph two (7th sentence) she stated she felt it was better for me to keep the minutes at 120 instead of the 200 min that her pricing menu stated. She choose not to honor her posted and texted price menu.I purchased two tanning packages at 200 min each and I received two tanning packages at 120 each. She owes me an additional 40 min per package. (80 min total)I would like to move forward with the next step of this process. Please let me know what my options are. Thank you for your time.
