Around February 4th, I went into their shop because I was having issues with my tire. I was riding around my car with a spare for months, so I came to them to get it fixed because my mom referred me to them. I paid $260 for one tire replacement because one of the owners offered it to me under a 3 year warranty. They said that if anything happened to it, they would be able to repair it free of charge. Before leaving, he wrote up a receipt of the charge but didn't note the warranty. I never received papers including this warranty and never asked because I didn't know to, this is my first car. I trusted these people and came in a lot asking questions about services. I have a screenshot of when the transaction was posted, and it February 4th. I came back because eventually there was an issue with it, but when I arrived both of the owners acted as if they didn't know me and that they never sold me the tire. They told me that I must have bought it at another shop but I tried to show them the transaction that processed on my phone from them. They refused to look and had nothing to say about the charge. I told them that if I supposedly never got the tire from them why and how were they able to charge me that amount. They said nothing. They refuse to look at my screenshot of the charge. I can't find the original receipt but it was a hand written one and it didn't include anything about the warranty. When I called my bank to dispute the charge for fraudulence on their end, they told me that the investigation sided with the business simply because I didn't have a receipt. They told me that this business didn't even bother to respond but because it happened ALMOST a year ago they didn't have to. I called them back to ask for a copy of the transaction from the date mentioned above and they refused to help me. The guy was screaming on the phone. I left a bad review and got another call later, stating that now they were definitely not going to help me because my review!Customer response
