In March, I received a gift card for a year long subscription to Page One books. The company promises customized book deliveries shipped to you in a box with monthly deliveries of the personally selected books. The confirmed purchase date was on 3/30/24. Approximately on month later in April (exact dates and screenshots of the exchanged emails below in pictures), I reached out to them inquiring about if and when a book would be sent. They responded briefly stating they would address and rectify this issue. There was no other follow up on their end, and late May I sent another follow up email. The response was another placation, stating they would let someone know but with no solution to the problem. I emailed back again requesting for a refund and stating I would be pursuing other solution options, but again with no response. Im just seeking a refund for the $355 at this point, I dont want this flaky book service. Additionally, I checked on ******** and other review sites which have detailed many similar situations with other customers.
