For the reasons stated below, we request reimbursement of the full tuition and associated fees paid on behalf of ***************************** ("******"). On January 26th of 2023, we, the Noh Family, visited Roycemore on its preview night and reviewed its curriculum, staff, facility, and its overall environment for the upcoming 2023-2024 academic year . Noh Family personally discussed details of ***************************** Kindergarten curriculum and details surrounding her educational environment with ****************, with assurance that she will be leading the class of four-year olds. On June 23, 2023, we were notified by Roycemore via email that **************** (the teacher) was terminated by Roycemore School. On June 26th, 2023 email stating: "Over the past months the Early Childhood team has met and had conversations about best practices for our youngest learners, in this case particularly our group of PK and JK students. Through our discussions, it was felt that a model of a mixed aged classroom aligns with our philosophy and supports an education that is developmentally appropriate for this specific age group. "June 26, 2023 Email did not provide the option to object, refuse, withdraw, from the 2023-2024 academic year based on the change of ******** curriculum. On June 23, ************************************************************************************************* withdrawing. Furthermore, we emphasized the fact that we were not notified in a timely manner. As stated in the June 26, 2023 Email, Roycemore was fully aware of the major change in 2023-2024 Junior Kindergarten four-year old curriculum for "past months" but failed to share this information with us. Furthermore, there were no policies in place that would prevent us from withdrawing, with reimbursement of full tuition and associated fees, based on critical changes such as the "mixed aged classrooms" when we first enrolled at Roycemore.
