On January 3, ****, I contacted ****** about my water heater issue. He directed me to order a heater valve online from Rheen; however, I was not able to do so. He then directed me to order it off Amazon and let him know when the part arrived, so that he could come and fix the water heater. ****** came and placed the part on the water heater, but it the issue was never corrected. The water still to this day does not get hot, it stays cold. I called ****** back to fix the continued problem, so he returned to my house and re-lit the pilot light, which was not done the first time. He told me if it happens again to call back. I paid ****** $375 and I never got hot water in my house. He never came back to fix what he was supposed to fix in the first place. Afterwards, he continued to refuse my phone calls or would answer then hang up immediately. I called from a different number, which he answered. When he heard my voice he pretended he couldnt hear me and hung up. I proceeded to texting and begged him to please come and fix my water heater so that I could have hot water during these cold days. I have already paid him and I really dont want to pay another company. I also paid $137 for the part. At this point, ****** is refusing to come and complete a job and I am still using freezing cold water during these -9 days. *** already spent so much money with this issue, including staying at hotels.
