**************** was requested and he didn't perform what was agreed upon. He choose with my knowledge or consent to do something else. He was paid to install a kitchen sink faucet due to leaks. When I saw the work was not done I contacted him and he stated that if it leaks within a few days he would install the faucet at a discount.Clearly I paid for 2 hrs work at ***** per hour and the faucet is still in the box. He didn't call, text to inform me of his decision. I want either my money returned or the work completed.Business response

********************* reached out to me a week or less prior to 12/9. I have been to her home on 1 or 2 previous occasions an she was aware of my labor costs of 60 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
She had a problem with a kitchen pull out faucet leaking. I responded by phone suggested she try and tighten the hose that attaches to the spout. She got back to me a day or 2 later that that it was tight. I quoted her that it would be about 2 hours of work. We made arrangements for me to come out to the house on Saturday 12/11, she let me know that her brother would be there and that there would also be 4 vent covers to be replaced. I proceeded to inspect the faucet and the hose to be loose and tightened it. Also demonstrating this to her brother and he agreed it was no longer leaking. I also told him that she could return the new faucet and save herself the approximately160.00 . He agreed and then showed me where the new vents were to be replaced which took about an hour to 1 1/2 hours to do.
The brother then paid me 140.00 a 20.00 overpayment which I returned to him at that time. I explained to him that if they still wanted the new faucet installed I would make an adjustment in labor cost of maybe *****. I didnt hear from her until she text on the evening of 12/13 stating that she would not be using my services and called me a *****. I have been doing business in **** and lake county for over 30 years and have never had this kind of an issue. Besides contacting your organization she has been bad mouthing me on media platforms.
At this point I dont feel comfortable going back into her home.
